Produced especially for Thokozani by Elsabe, a Wellington community member, this Apricot Preserve is made using fresh Apricots, sugar and spices. No preservatives are added, as we deliberately want to keep the preservation process as natural as possible, allowing the flavour of the fruit to pronounce beautifully.
