Return policy:
We strive to uphold the highest level of customer service with sales facilitated through our Diemersfontein Website E–Store and Diemersfontein Smartphone App. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.

In the unlikely event that any product you purchased is damaged or incorrect, kindly contact us upon receipt of the delivery, either telephonically at +27 (0)21 864 5050 or via email at marketing@diemersfontein.co.za.

We shall arrange for damaged products to be collected and coordinate a delivery to replace the damaged products. 

Shipping:
To deliver products purchased from our Website E–Store or Smartphone App, we make use of Aspiring Logistics for the delivery of these products within South Africa.

Kindly note that orders will not be dispatched on the same day as placing your order. Once the order has been placed, it is captured on our electronic platforms and then the payment is allocated once the funds clear in our account (usually the following business day). 

Orders will only be dispatched when the payment reflects in our account - no orders will be dispatched with proof of payment only.

The lead time on deliveries within South Africa is between 3 to 5 working days. Once your order has been captured on our system, you will receive an automated email from Aspiring Logistics with the tracking number of your delivery. Please feel free to use their online tracking functionality to determine the estimated time of arrival of your order.
