Produced especially for Diemersfontein by Elsabe, a Wellington community member, this Butterscotch Shiraz Preserve is made using fresh Shiraz grapes, sugar and spices. No preservatives are added, as we deliberately want to keep the preservation process as natural as possible, allowing the flavour of the grapes to pronounce beautifully.
