Produced especially for Diemersfontein by Elsabe, a Wellington community member, this Vanilla Cabernet Sauvignon Preserve is made using fresh Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, sugar and spices. No preservatives are added, as we deliberately want to keep the preservation process as natural as possible, allowing the flavour of the grapes to pronounce beautifully.
