Produced especially for Diemersfontein by Elsabe, a Wellington community member, this relish is made using varietal grapes, sugar and spices. No preservatives are added, as we deliberately want to keep the preservation process as natural as possible, allowing the flavour of the varietal to pronounce beautifully.
