The renowned Pinotage on Tap festival, (aka POT) held annually by Diemersfontein Wines, and attended religiously by thousands of their loyal fans will go beyond the borders of South Africa for the first time this year! Two seperate day events will be held on the 26th & 27th May 2012 - and fans can choose to buy their ticket to either of the two day events - or both!
Pinotage on Tap – significantly typifies a festival at which pinotage lovers celebrate the Original Coffee Pinotage produced by Diemersfontein wines - and their favourite wine is quite literally "on tap".
The festival involves a variety of culinary treats, from various bowl foods and canapés, to the much spoken about "strawberry and chocolate fountains". Wine lovers can enjoy a fantastic day out, whilst sipping this delectable wine, eating a variety of typical South African foods, playing games and listening to great live band music also by South African artists. Running for the 8th consecutive year, Pinotage on Tap tickets have become a much sought after treat.
Pinotage on Tap has in the past been called many wonderful things, though more commonly referred to as "the best party on the wine event calendar!" Held in Jo'burg, Durban and Cape Town (on the estate in Wellington) each year, this festival has seen their ticket sales soar as well as being a sell out many a time - way before the event. This festival has such a loyal and supportive following in South Africa, and our friends in the UK have long been waiting for this day to come! This event will be the first ever South African wine gig in the UK, and we're going to give them a party of note! Our advice therefore for those planning to join in on this festival is to get your tickets in good time!" Tickets are £65.00 per person, and folks can join us on either of the two event dates.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO TICKET SALES AT THE GATE on the days of the event - Thus please ensure that you buy your ticket online from Computicket beforehand!
Tickets are available through our secure online ticket agent Computicket - Please note that the ticket price is converted to South African currency (Rand). Once you have bought your ticket, you can print it at home, and you'll be the proud owner of the hottest ticket in town!
